wisteriaprincess:

My cancer blog for you guys! It’ll have more info of what’s going on so I don’t keep flooding my dash here with all the depressing details, lol. Of course there’s nothing on it yet, I’m still working on the big intro post summarizing everything so far…but yeah, this way I won’t forget to give it to you ^^

Hello again, lovelies! My RPing sorta died again…but this time I have a very good excuse.

I’ve been in and out of hospitals over the holidays, and on the 2nd, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver Cancer. The average is about 6-9 months to live…depending on ifthe chemo helps and such really…

I’m alright though :) I mean…you know, as alright as a girl can be in this spot, lol. I’m staying as positive as I can about things!

Unfortunately…it doesn’t really reach to roleplaying very well. I can’t even draw much lately, and that’s really my main passion in life. So I think I’m just going to have to officially call it and say that I likely won’t be RPing anymore. I’m really sorry guys…and you’re more than welcome to follow me on my personal at whisteriaprincess. I’m also making a sort of rest-of-my-life blog at the moment (covering updates, personal thoughts and feelings, and the occasional daydream :P), so if anyone is interested i’ll post a link to that here for you all as well ^^

But…yeah. I hate to go. Not for the roleplaying so much, though I do miss that. But mostly the people. You guys are all so sweet and so wonderful, so yeah please don’t feel shy about stalking my personal so we don’t lose each other!

You’re all wonderful and being your Ella and Cindy has been grand! <3

Finally…something was coming naturally to her. She moved her arms, finding her balance, and leaned forward to swim downward with ease. Something she must have known how to do before…and something her body remembered. Something helpful for once! She had to grin at the floating feeling as she twisted and looked up at Faci, before she smirked and little and dove down faster in an impromptu race. Of course she wouldn’t warm him though…where was the fun in that?

Wha? …Oh you little minx!

(He grinned and swam after her. At least she was taking to swimming better than she had adjusted to some other things since leaving her prison. He swam after her, taking a minute to admire the view as she twirled and bobbed through the water. He missed seeing her so carefree about anything.)

She had decided that she liked swimming. A lot. It was so much fun! She twisted and moved around, feeling like she was flying! And with everything lit up with Faci’s green orb she felt rather like she was in a cold green sky. Occasionally little rocks fell down into the lake from the still collapsing ceiling above, but they fell so slowly through the water that they weren’t the littlest bit frightening.

"We should just stay down here…it’s not so bad!"

Her smile grew. “The perfect way to ensure I agree to come with you…leave me with my step-sisters.” she chuckled softly, though she wasn’t entirely joking. It would be incredibly hard to continue her work around the house here, knowing there was something so much better waiting for her somewhere else. “But thank you for the time to consider it, I do appreciate it. I have a great deal of thinking to do…” she trailed off, her eyes drifting to the window. So many things to consider, so many things to do if she decided to leave…

He gives her hand a gentle squeeze before releasing it from his own. “Are you the one to collect the mail? I don’t want any messages intercepted, or I will try to make some time to come personally with my sister-queen’s response.”

"It comes directly to the front door…whoever is nearby is the one to get it. Well, that’s not entirely true…I’m often called to do it anyway, but the girls have been known to accept the mail themselves. Just tell the man delivering the message to come to the back door here. He’ll understand, he’s had to do it before." she said with a soft chuckle.

The distant chiming of the clock tower made her jump a bit, her eyes widening. “Goodness, is it already that late? I’m terribly sorry, your highness, i didn’t intend to keep you so long.”

Icy blue eyes lifted to the ceiling and she nodded quickly. “Okay…okay let’s go. Let’s go now.” She grabbed Faci’s hand and tugged him to the water, not shivering in the slightest as the cold clear water rose higher and higher over her legs and waist.

Great.

(He stuffed the bubble over his own head, then put Cindy’s bubble on hers. He waded into the water after her until it finally covered them.)

All right, just move your arms and legs like me and stay close.

The smile returned to her face at that last bit, a little amused and a little hopeful at the same time. And he was right…he was a prince. Why would he lie? He could give her a proper job…with real money and proper time to herself for her own projects. He wasn’t trying to sweep her off her feet and change her life, he was simply giving her a doorway to a better road. One that looked more inviting the more she thought about it.

"It…does sound like a rather wonderful dream, doesn’t it?"

"I lost my heart to a dream a long time ago, so I prefer reality." He smiles to her. "Well, I am not leaving the country for another week or so. I am going to write to my sister-queen and in form her about you, and I shall bring her response and her offer to you. You still have some time to think it over. I shall inform you of when I leave, and should you be interested, you can depart with me."

The Princess Cupcake Collection

All thirteen princesses, Anna and Elsa included, are now sparkling cupcakes. I finished the collection on Friday already (I was booked off with laryngitis), but because our internet at home is down I could not upload it.

She wrinkled her nose at the thought of swimming down that deep, but had to shake her head. “I think my brain would explode if I tried to make a whole tunnel…” She leaned forward a bit, squinting at the cave far below. “You sure there’s a way out in there? We’re not going to swim in and get stuck and drown, are we?”

I know we won’t drown.

(He waved his cane and a pair of large bubbles appeared.)

We stick these on our heads, they’ll keep us with all the air we need.

(A low rumble sounded overhead. Some dirt and pebbles fell from the ceiling.)

And I think we better get going while we have the chance.

Icy blue eyes lifted to the ceiling and she nodded quickly. “Okay…okay let’s go. Let’s go now.” She grabbed Faci’s hand and tugged him to the water, not shivering in the slightest as the cold clear water rose higher and higher over her legs and waist.

Alright, she hadn’t expected this. A prince was holding her hand…and still talking to her. A servant. Talking to a prince? Oh this was just plain strange. She’d grown used to being invisible to so many people of higher rank…she’d never expected a prince to look at her at all, let alone speak to her as a friend might.

"I…I don’t know what to think." she confessed in a soft voice. "I admit, I’ve dreamed of someone coming to take me away from here…but it usually a long lost relative or something, not a prince, doing the rescuing."

"Well, I am no prince Charming," He jokes softly, "but I can promise you a good job and fair compensation and a good roof over your head until you have saved enough to buy your own home." He smiles encouragingly at her. "Or get married to a lovely young man."

The smile returned to her face at that last bit, a little amused and a little hopeful at the same time. And he was right…he was a prince. Why would he lie?
